This store is horrible. They try to push you into products that you don't want nor need. Horrible attitudes. They sit there on their phones with their legs up on the counter. Will never again return to this location.
Entire staff was top notch!

The circumstances that brought me to this location were less than ideal. I had to replace a damaged and nonfunctioning phone. That said...
Cons-
Absolutely terrible, took my phone to troubleshoot something so simple and they didn't know anything about my device and they are clueless. They need newer management and more pleasant co-workers with basic knowledge of this device.
- they worked quickly to understand my needs and to give me exactly what I was looking for.
Stopped in to look at Pixel phones (none on display) and was treated like an idiot for not wanting a "more featured" phone according to the sales guy. Talking Down to customers is not a great way to make sales.
- since it was an unexpected visit, I didn't have a lot of time to replace my damaged phone. This team is up to the challenge
